These terms apply when you use burnly.com.au and the Burnly app (“Burnly”). By using Burnly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Burnly.

What Burnly is

Burnly is a tool for tracking food and getting general guidance on eating and exercise. It is not a medical, dietetic, psychological or fitness service, and nothing in Burnly is professional advice. Please read our health disclaimer.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, use Burnly with a parent or guardian's permission.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to estimate nutrition, recognise foods, and make plans, recipes and suggestions. AI can be wrong. Check estimates, ingredients and allergens yourself, and use your judgement. Burnly marks AI results and lets you review them before they're saved.

Using Burnly fairly

• Don't misuse Burnly, try to break or overload it, or get around its limits.
• Don't send spam, false requests, or anything unlawful, harmful or offensive through our forms.
• Don't copy or resell Burnly or its content.

We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Other services

Burnly links to supermarkets, delivery apps, directories, helplines and professionals. We don't control them and aren't partnered with them unless we clearly say so. Any purchase, booking or payment is between you and them, under their terms.

Sessions with professionals

When you ask for a one-to-one session, we pass your request to an independent professional. They are responsible for their advice and services. We don't guarantee availability or outcomes.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Burnly accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or harm from using Burnly or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update Burnly and these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
